Who we are & our philosophy
Trillium Fitness is the no gimmick approach to personal training in Edinburgh. We don't believe in either get-fit tricks or weight loss schemes. We believe in a client centred approach that focuses equally on structured exercise and proper nutrition.
Because we are both exercise and health care professionals, our philosophy is to deliver reason behind everything we teach and prescribe. That means applying up-to-date research in exercise and nutrition to accelerate the goals of our clients.
Unlike conventional personal training, our goal is not to retain our clients. We feel true success is achieved when our clients eventually gain independence in their own exercise and nutritional practices. This is achieved by teaching our clients about proper exercise and nutrition and instilling confidence in each one’s ability to practice both areas independently.
Health and fitness is not only our profession, it is our passion. Our personal trainers practice everything they teach because we absolutely believe in our work. Also, we understand and appreciate the great challenges and frustrations that accompany pursuing health and personal fitness goals. We operate our service with complete compassion, patience and empathy, placing open communication with our clients as an integral component to our success.
Importantly, it is the responsibility of each personal trainer at Trillium Fitness to uphold the high standards we set for ourselves. We are uncompromising in maintaining these standards and pride ourselves on being consistent in their delivery for each client.
