Who we are & our philosophy
Trillium Fitness provide personal training in Edinburgh. We have a no gimmick approach to fitness, health and training. We don't believe in get-fit tricks or weight loss schemes. We believe in a client-centered approach that focuses equally on structured workouts and proper nutrition with assistance from our highly qualified team.
Because we are both fitness and health care professionals, our philosophy is to deliver reason behind everything we teach and prescribe. That means applying up-to-date research in fitness and diet plans to accelerate the goals of our clients.
Unlike the conventional personal trainer, our goal is not to retain our clients. We feel true success is achieved when our clients eventually gain independence in their own fitness and nutritional practices. This is achieved by teaching our clients about proper exercise and diet. As well as instilling confidence in each one’s ability to practice both areas independently.
Health and fitness are not only our profession, it is our passion. We practice everything they teach because we absolutely believe in our work. Also, we understand and appreciate the great challenges and frustrations that accompany pursuing health and fitness goals. We operate our service with complete compassion, patience, and empathy, placing open communication with our clients as an integral component to our success.
